International Shipping

We ship internationally to 44 countries, covering the entire European Union as well as countries outside the EU, including Switzerland, the Republic of Moldova, Qatar, the USA, and more.

Please note: we do not ship to Turkey.

For international deliveries, payment is always made in advance, prior to shipment (covering both the products and the shipping cost), either by online card payment or bank transfer to the account indicated.

Shipping within Romania

For deliveries within Romania, payment can be made either in advance (online) or by cash on delivery, directly to the courier representative.

Domestic deliveries are handled via GLS, at a cost of 20 EUR depending on the delivery zone, with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days.

International Courier Partners

We also offer international shipping through our partners FedEx and DHL, as follows:

FedEx (EU + UK): 20 EUR (estimated delivery time: 3–4 business days)
FedEx (non-EU): 30 EUR (estimated delivery time: 3–4 business days)

Prices shown for international shipping services may vary depending on the destination, as well as the weight and dimensions of the parcel, and the conditions set by our partner couriers.

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time is indicative and may be affected by external factors or circumstances beyond BOTANICAL SRL's control, such as: customs procedures, promotional campaigns or periods with a high volume of orders (e.g. discounts, special offers, Black Friday), the need to restock certain products, supplier delays, unfavorable weather conditions, busy periods, public holidays, or courier delays.

In such situations, the delivery time may be extended accordingly, and where applicable, the customer will be informed of the new estimated timeframe. BOTANICAL SRL makes every reasonable effort to deliver orders in a timely manner, but cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.

Customs Duties and Import VAT

For non-EU countries, the customer is responsible for paying any customs duties and import VAT, which may vary depending on the domestic legislation of each destination country. These costs are not included in the product price or the shipping cost and must be paid directly to the authorities in the destination country.

Payment Methods

Orders can be paid online by bank card, with payments processed through mobilPay (Netopia S.R.L.), PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Some information related to your card is processed by BOTANICAL SRL. Specifically, we store only a card reference code, the expiration date, and the first and last 4 digits. All other data is processed by the payment processor.

Bank Transfer Payments

If you are unable to complete payment on the website through one of the displayed methods and would like to pay by bank transfer, please note that you will need to contact us directly, as the website does not currently support technically placing and completing an order this way.

Once you have contacted us and we have confirmed product availability, we will confirm the total amount due before shipping your order. Please make the payment to one of the accounts listed below.

After completing the payment, please send us the payment confirmation, and we will deliver your ordered products as soon as possible.
