Tiger's eye is the stone that changes its lustre as it moves, golden brown with bands of light that travel across the surface. The croc relief does precisely the same thing on golden calfskin, every scale taking the light differently. This is the shade that falls most naturally into the tone of the eighteen karat gold. The hardware does not contrast with the leather. It continues it.
