Sapphire is not a gentle blue. It is dense, cool and complete, a colour that leaves no room for interpretation. On embossed calfskin the saturation stays whole in the hollow of the scale and catches fire along the ridge. This is the one piece in the collection that is not worn quietly, and the only one that requires nothing else in the luggage.
